Analyze your audience Your audience should be a top priority, even before anything has been designed. You need to know who they are, the reason they’re there, and how you can help them understand your message.

Learning Objectives: 
  • Analyze the data you have to be able to list a supporting points around each data to be transformed into a message you can convey to your audience easily and in a lively way.
  • Learn what data and information should and should not be included in your presentation to be effective, avoiding too much and too little.
  • Create an attention-grabbing introduction to build a connection with your audience from the beginning.
  • Design a dynamic content using different tools which help you bring clarity to your data and information to be accessible and understandable by your audience maintaining their interest in your message.
  • Apply humor strategies in presentation, know how and when to use humor, to think about humor as an element you should plan and execute deliberately to be effective.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of body language and voice in delivery stage, a great dynamic presentation is not only a dynamic content, Body language and voice can also make all the difference between a boring static presentation and an engaging dynamic one
