Overview

• Everyone has to negotiate at some point in his or her
life. This highly interactive workshop is designed to
provide experienced negotiators who aspire to become
master negotiators with the advanced tools needed to
take their negotiation skills to the next level.

• Identify different negotiation models & styles & when to use each
• Assess personal points of strength & weakness in negotiation as
well as those of the counterpart to optimize negotiation
outcomes
• Apply tactics in different negotiation scenarios
• Using a set of effective skills for better negotiation outcomes
• Demonstrate advanced skills in commercial & Sales Negotiation
• Modify negotiation plans as well as create plan B for deadlock
negotiations
